Your Boudoir Experience

1. Let’s Get to Know Each Other
Once you submit your inquiry, I’ll personally reach out by phone or message to schedule a consultation. We’ll talk about what you’re looking for, where you’d like to have your session, pricing, wardrobe, your comfort level, hair and makeup, and any questions you may have. This gives us a chance to get to know each other and make sure I’m the right photographer for you.

2. Reserving Your Session
Once you’re ready to book, a $250 deposit is required to reserve your date. Because I’m an on-location photographer and will be traveling to you, the deposit confirms your commitment and allows me to reserve that time specifically for your session. Your $250 isn’t lost. It becomes studio credit that you can apply toward additional image purchases. If you do not show up for your scheduled session, the deposit is forfeited.

3. Hair & Makeup, If You Want It
Professional hair and makeup can be arranged for an additional $150 AUD and must be requested in advance. If selected, this fee is paid in addition to your $250 booking deposit. We’ll discuss the look you want during your consultation so everything can be arranged before your session.

4. Your On-Location Session
I photograph on location throughout Rockhampton, Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast, traveling to your home, Airbnb, or hotel. Your privacy, safety, boundaries, and comfort are always my priority. You don’t need any experience in front of the camera. I’ll guide you through posing, expression, and movement throughout the entire session.

5. Your Same-Day Viewing
This is one of my favorite parts. After we finish photographing, I’ll take approximately 15 minutes to upload and prepare your images. Then we’ll sit down together for your viewing session. You’ll see your photographs, select your favorites, and decide which images you would like to purchase. There is no need to wait weeks to see what we created.

6. Simple, Transparent Pricing

We’ll go over all pricing during your consultation, so you’ll know exactly what everything costs before you book. There are no hidden fees or surprises. The only upfront costs are your $250 booking deposit and the $150 AUD hair and makeup fee, if requested. Your session fee is waived, and your $250 deposit is simply a retainer to reserve your date and is applied as studio credit toward your purchase.

After viewing your images, you decide what you love and what you’d like to purchase. Clients typically invest between $1,000 and $3,500 AUD in their final digital images and photographic products.

7. Professional Retouching
Once you’ve selected your photographs, your chosen images will be professionally retouched. The retouching process typically takes approximately two weeks, with careful attention given to creating polished images while still keeping you looking like yourself.

8. Creating Your Album
If you choose to purchase an album, we’ll select the appropriate number of photographs for your collection. We’ll then schedule a Zoom album-design consultation, where we’ll choose your album materials, colors, and other details together. Once the design is complete, I’ll send it to you for final approval before production begins.

9. Your Finished Artwork
After you approve your album design, it will be sent into production. Album design, production, and delivery typically take approximately 3–4 weeks. Once everything is complete, your finished artwork will be delivered to you, ready to enjoy for years to come.

As an artist, I look for the best in every space, whether we’re photographing on a beach, in a small hotel room, in your kitchen, or among the rocks just outside your home. With the right light, angles, and perspective, even the simplest space can become the perfect setting for beautiful photographs.
